I often get questions from readers & fans of my videos from around the world & one of the most asked questions has to do with weight gainers. I have to say, I’m not a huge fan of fillers & junk ingredients. I feel that the best gainers can be made right at home. The most important ingredient is the base. For this, I’d go with my beloved Tokkyo Protein Vanilla flavor. Now, my hardcore readers will ask why I go with vanilla, given the well-known fact I love Tokkyo’s chocolate flavor. This is because vanilla is the most versatile flavor. You can do just about anything (flavor profile-wise) with it.
Ok, so I’d take 1-2 scoops of vanilla Tokkyo Protein, 10-16oz. of Almond Milk (full calories), about half a dozen large ice cubes, 2-4 tablespoons of peanut butter, one large banana, a handful of strawberries, & 1 cup of oats. Put in all in the blender and enjoy – DO NOT GULP, SAVOR IT!!
