What USA Shipping Methods Do You Have?

Over the years we have researched many shipping methods. We have chosen the absolute best for our customers! We have also tried to give you, the customer, as much choice as possible.

Available Shipping Methods:

  • USPS: This is the United States Postal Service Mail option. Many shipments arrive in 3 days and they even deliver on Saturdays! With other shipping companies, they may say 3 days delivery time, but that almost never counts Saturdays, so the delivery time is usually much longer. There is basic delivery confirmation and tracking on all Priority Mail packages that you can track by logging into your Tokkyo Nutrition account. USPS is the only service that can deliver to APO/FPO addresses, International, and PO Boxes so you must select USPS as your delivery option for these.

What Are Your USA Shipping Rates?

The rates for the USPS are based on the weight of the package and shipping address.

How Long Does USA Shipping Take?

We strive to always ship your order out within 24 hours, usually much quicker. If you order before 4:15 p.m. EST, your order will most likely ship the SAME day! Our customers are constantly shocked by how fast we ship orders out. We understand that you want your products as fast as humanly possible. You will get an e-mail from us when your order ships and it will include your shipping info along with your tracking numbers.

Shipping Times

  • USPS Priority 2-3 Days: This shipment method only takes 2 – 3 days in most cases and that even counts Saturdays! This service is not guaranteed, but we have found that it is very reliable. A large percentage of the orders get there within 2 days! We even ship these out on Saturdays. We really have done everything possible to get your order to you as fast as we can.

Will I Get A Tracking Number?

Yes! You will get a tracking number for all order on our site. You will get a tracking number that is updated nightly by USPS. If you lose your shipping e-mail, you can still track your order by logging into our site and you can review your shipment that way.  If for some reason your order has not arrived in the time it was scheduled, you can e-mail us at info@TokkyoNutrition.com or phone at 1-866-320-0141 for info, and we can track it from here.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Yes we do.

Do You Ship To APO/FPO Military Addresses?

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses with no problem! We have shipped thousands of orders to military addresses and many more every day. The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping to the USA… not higher! You MUST choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option as well as CHOOSE the United States as your Country even if you are stationed abroad.

How To Ship To Your APO/FPO Address

  1. First of all, be sure to choose the USPS Priority Mail shipping option. You do not need to choose the more expensive international options, no matter where you are!
  2. Use the following format for filling out the address form:
    Chris Smith
    Address Line 1
    Additional Address Info (If Needed)
    APO, AP 91645
    USA
    You do not need to enter in the actual city, state or country of where you are located. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state, along with the United States as the counrty no matter where you’re located.
  3. Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the “billing address” section if the APO/FPO address is not on file with your credit card company. The APO/FPO address should go into the “shipping address” section.

You will be surprised at how fast your shipment arrives! Of course, it may take longer than 2 – 3 days if you are outside of the country, but it will still be there very quickly.

When Will My Order Ship?

Our number one goal is to make sure you receive your package in as little time as possible! To do this, we make sure to ship your order out SUPER quick. We will e-mail you a shipping confirmation when your order ships.

If everything is in stock and you order before 4:15 p.m. EST Time, we will ship your order out THE SAME DAY! If your order after this time, your order will be packed/labeled and will ship out the next morning.

If part of your order is in stock, we will most likely ship part of your order out at the same schedule as above.

If your order is on backorder, we will ship your order the day that your items come in. If we do have a backorder, it is usually for only a few days at the most.

Remember we even ship orders out on Saturday until noon!

If Something Is Backordered, Do You Partial Ship For No Extra Charge?

In almost all cases, YES! Our goal has always been to get your order to you as fast as humanly possible. We pride ourselves on having almost everything in stock all the time, but some things are out of our control and cause items to be backordered. If you ordered more than one item, we will ship the items that are in stock the SAME day. When the backordered item comes in, we will ship it out that same day. We do this at NO extra charge to you!

In some cases we may not partial the order if we know the backordered item will be in stock within 48 hours.

Most companies will try to save money and hold your order until it can ship complete. We know that even though you won’t be happy that one item is out of stock, it is MUCH better to at least get the rest of the order on time!

In your shopping cart, you can choose the following:

  • International Priority Mail Service (7 – 14 Days): These shipments are delivered by your local post office and will take about 7 to 14 days to arrive. This method is also reliable. If you prefer to have your package delivered by your local mail service, this is the option for you. Tracking numbers are available to customers for all packages that are shipped with this shipping method.

Delays are rare but will depend on the customs agency and rules in your country. Our customer service team will keep track of your shipment and work to make sure you receive your order quickly!

What Are The International Shipping Rates?

  • International Postal Service 7 – 14 Days.  The rates for International Postal Service are based on the weight of the package. Depending on what is in your shopping cart, the rate will be different. To find out what the fee will be for your order, simply click ORDER next to the products you want to put in your shopping cart. These shipments are delivered by your local post office and will take about 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Tracking numbers will be made available online for most packages that are shipped with this shipping method.

Transit times can also depend on the customs agency and rules in your country. Our award winning customer service team will keep track of your shipment and work to make sure you receive your order quickly!

Almost. We will ship almost any product in our store to any country! We can not possibly keep up with all the laws in every country. It is your responsibility to know what is legal and what is not. We will always ship discreetly for your privacy.

VERY IMPORTANT: We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.

The laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country’s Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.

We DO ship to APO addresses no matter where they are!

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. We really didn’t want it to be this way, but we had no choice. We would be put out of business too quickly.

We WILL ship to any country if a secured payment is made. A secured payment would be a money order in US dollars drawn on a US bank, or a Western Union payment.

Do You Fraud Check All Orders?

Yes! We have many checks in place now to be as sure as we can that an order is not fraud. We will check your billing address, your IP address, your credit card information and much more. If you do place a fraudulent order, we will prosecute and contact the authorities in your area. Don’t even think about submitting a fraudulent order. We do this to protect our good customers!

What Happens If The Package Is Stopped By Customs?

Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, some international orders get stopped by the customs agency in your country. First of all, please read our full disclaimer:

My Package Was Seized, Now What?

If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely return the package to us. If they do, there may be a return shipping fee. Once the package is received back by us, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees. You can also use this credit towards different products or have the package shipped again. We will help you out! If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. We followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you will give us a try again with different products.

We hope you can understand the reasons that we can not refund you for seized products. Our goal is to make every customer happy! We do exactly as the customer tell us to do, like any good company should. Unfortunately, sometimes doing what you want us to do can cause problems if you are not sure of what the laws are in your country.

How Often Does TokkyoNutrition.com Ship Internationally?

We ship numerous packages internationally every single day! We really do have a ton of experience doing this and we will always work hard to get better and better at it.  Our warehouse staff has been shipping internationally since 2003 so we have experienced it all.

Will I Have To Pay Taxes Or Duties On The Shipment?

Maybe. Every country is different and it depends on a LOT of different factors. We will tell you that we do everything we can to make sure that you either don’t have to pay any fees or at least minimize them. Check the laws in your country to be sure. From our experience, most foreign customers do not pay any fees when they receive the shipment. If you do get charged, they will charge you at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these fees, we can refund you for the products when we receive them back, but we can not refund any shipping or return shipping fees. Let us know if we can do anything to help you out by giving us instructions in the COMMENTS section of the order form!

What Currency Are Your Prices In?

All prices on our site are shown in US dollars. All foreign payments should be made in this currency. If you order by credit card, the credit card company will automatically convert your currency to US dollars and pay the appropriate amount.
