Caffeine Regulation & Normal Body Function

Caffeine Regulation & Normal Body Function
by Christian Duque
Millions of Americans find themselves addicted to caffeine, a legal & readily accessible stimulant found in everything from chocolate to coffee. Another key problem facing countless folks in our country is dehydration. What, how can people be dehydrated & still function? Well, the answer to that one is the case in point of this entry. Just because someone survives, hardly means they’re living a quality life. Millions of Americans’ only “hydration” comes in the way of coffee, tea, & caffeinated pop beverages. First of all, carbonated water does not offer the body the same holistic advantages of drinking water. The kidneys take no benefit from carbonated water. Moreover, caffeine, in addition to providing energy, dehydrates the body in the process. This creates a serious amount of tension on the kidneys. Imagine there being a deficit of water, coupled with an abundance of beverages draining what little hydration is in the body? On top of that, consider that the subject is a bodybuilder using creatine products. Creatine does not expel water, but does use water to enlarge muscles & assist with strength-enhancing exercises.
We as fitness enthusiasts must take the time to drink sufficient water. If we’re using caffeinated products, we’re to drink more water. If we’re taking in creatine products, we’re to take in even more water. The single biggest threat to bodybuilder’s life is kidney disease. More often that not, natties write off kidney issues for simply not using gear. This is a major miscalculation that could result in serious complications later down in life. We want you to use great products like Tokkyo Protein, Deca Creatine, & Diesel Fuel Pump, but we also want you downing – AT LEAST – a gallon of water a day. If you can’t handle drinking enough water, you probably can’t handle being an elite level athlete.
Treat your body as your temple.
